Embora ainda vivesse na RDC quando o genoc\u00eddio de Ruanda come\u00e7ou em abril de 1994, Kabera conta sobre membros de sua fam\u00edlia que viviam em Ruanda na \u00e9poca, 32 deles morrendo no violento massacre.
